The Star OA Hickory Irons are crafted with a vintage design that was popular in the early 1930s, offering more 'bounce' compared to the Tom Morris irons.

Tad’s dedication to excellence led him to collaborate with the world-renowned Otey Crisman III to create the core of the club: the Hickory Shaft.

Otey begins with the finest Hickory blanks, meticulously turning them into straight, strong, and playable shafts. These shafts are then paired with the club heads using modern adhesives and an old-style pinned hosel, ensuring a secure and proper fit.

Once the shaft is finished, the leather grip is hand-wrapped, providing you, the player, with the classic feel of a leather grip.

Approved for hickory tournament play by the SoHG.
