Returns, Repairs and Warranty

Repairs

Our repair and refinish orders usually can take 6-8 weeks to complete.

We do not have a repair or refinish crew. The same artisans who handcraft our production orders are the ones work on the repairs. Therefore, it takes longer for repair orders to complete than new club orders.

Due to the original methods of manufacturing and the materials of the clubs, we may not be able to preserve all details, engravings, logos, and other markings.

Warranty

A 6-12 month warranty is available for broken hickory shafts. This does depend on the season purchased. The clubs are only intended for turf so using driving range mats breaches the warranty cover. With care and attention of these clubs they can last for decades. Shipping for clubs under warranty is free.

Returns

It's hard to give up a hickory once in your hands but we accept returns for clubs that are unused. Customer have 30 days after receiving the goods to have the option of returning the item unused. The shipping for the return is responsible by the customer.
